To transfer a site, you need to add it to our management panel, to create a needed amount of databases in this panel. You have to provide us with a download link to a file archives and dump databases form the old hosting provider. If your former hoster refuses to provide you with this archives, we need an ftp access to these files and also an access to the management panel where we can download dump of databases. After the transfer is complete, our techs will contact you and you will have to change connection configuration to the databases of the web-sites and if you need set new pathes to root-folder of site
