  At first you need to analyse how many visitors your web-site has. The amount of visitors defines how much of a servers traffic your site is going to use. Depending on your web-sites needs you can order virtual shared hosting, virtual server or physical server.

  Virtual shared hosting – up to 1000 uniqe visitors per 24 hour. Also resources that are used by scripts when loading a site should be taken under consideration. If a site has 100 visitors per day, but scripts use more than 8% of servers resources, your web-site will be blocked. • Do you help to transfer web-sites from one hosting provider to another?

  To transfer a site, you need to add it to our management panel, to create a needed amount of databases in this panel. You have to provide us with a download link to a file archives and dump databases form the old hosting provider. If your former hoster refuses to provide you with this archives, we need an ftp access to these files and also an access to the management panel where we can download dump of databases. After the transfer is complete, our techs will contact you and you will have to change connection configuration to the databases of the web-sites and if you need set new pathes to root-folder of site

• What restrictions on resources of a server and time of scripts performance are?

   

  Time of a script execution on the server is not more than 30 seconds. A user cannot use more than 3-10%(according to ordered hosting-plan) of server's resources, cannot use more than 64 MB of operating memory of the server, not more than 20 processess from one user at the same time. This restrictions apply only to the shared hosting. VPS and dedicated servers have no such restrictions – you can use all of a servers resources. On VPS we only control the resources of the main physical server.

• What operating system is installed on the servers?

  Operating system Linux, are also installed : apache, php, mysql, perl, exim. We always have the latest stable version installed.

• How can I test your hosting?

  After you place an order, you will receive all the data you need to access your new hosting, within 1-12 hours. You will have 7 days, until you have to pay, so you will have plenty of time to test everything you need. At the end of this 7 days trial period, if you don't pay for your order, your account will be deleted.

• When will I get an access to the control panel and to the server, after I've placed the order?

  After you place an order, you will receive all the data you need to access your new hosting, within 1-12 hours. Dedicated server is set up in 24-72 hours.
